Hazardous Roads

Road users can assist transport authorities by reporting hazardous road conditions. These reports will be relayed by the National Traffic Call Centre to the respective metro or municipal authorities to be dealt with.

If you would like to report a hazardous Road Condition, Note the following aspects:

Province, Date and Time
Location/Position of Hazardous Road Condition

The nature of the hazardous road condition may include the following:

• Broken guard , rail or fence
• Missing, broken or blocked signage
• Flooding
• Defective lighting
• Litter , trash &debris
• Pothole
• Rough or broken pavement
• Sign visibility
• Striping or reflective marking
• Trees and shrubs
• Traffic Signs
