It is believed that the driver lost control of the vehicle before colliding with the pedestrians. The driver sustained no injuries.
The full details surrounding this incident are not yet known, but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.

In the second incident, a woman, believed to be in her 60s, sustained moderate injuries after she was knocked over by a vehicle in Lyndhurst this afternoon.
When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene at approximately 12H30, they found the woman lying on the pavement. She was found to have sustained moderate injuries.
It is believed that her vehicle started rolling forward and by trying to stop it she was knocked over.

ER24 transported all three of the patients to hospital for further medical care.
