Salvation Army musicians injured when bakkie crashes into trolley

Last night at approximately 7, Kwazulu Private Ambulance Service responded to Hoog street for reports of an accident.

When paramedics arrived they found that a bakkie had lost control and collided with a pedestrian pushing a trolly, from the force of the impact the trolly was flung into group of musicians from Salvation Army that were playing Christmas Carols.

Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and found that the 2 patients had sustained serious Injuries. Paramedics worked to stabilize the patients and then transported them to hospital.
