Rescue of a different kind - Tongaat

28 November 2022 | From Arrive Alive

Earlier today IPSS Medical Rescue received reports of a kitten stuck in a drain pipe in Tongaat. On arrival of our Search and Rescue division it was established that a kitten had become stuck in storm water drain pipe.

After multiple attempts at reaching the kitten had failed, the storm water drain was accessed from a different location and the kitten was successfully rescued. The kitten will be taken to Aloe Veterinary Clinic, Ballito for a check up and once it receives a good bill of health will be up for adoption.

Many thanks to BigShow Towing, START Rescue, Netcare911 and Aloe Vet for their role in making this a successful rescue with a happy ending.

If anyone is interested in giving this kitten a forever home please do not hesitate to contact us.
