Auto Expedi8, a group of four Bosch Car Service workshops in the South of Johannesburg, which recently achieved a 100% audit pass from Robert Bosch head office in Germany, has launched its fifth service centre.

Jenene Cronning, co-owner of Auto Expedi8, said the new Rifle Range branch, also situated in the South of Johannesburg, is a newly revamped service centre equipped with the latest-technology equipment and run by an experienced team who will also adhere to Bosch’s international standards. AutoExpedi8 recently celebrated its 15th year in business.

The other branches, situated in Gateway Alberton, Alberton City, The Reef Germiston and Mall of the South, all achieved the 100% audit pass.

“To achieve this excellent audit, ongoing effort is needed to deliver on all aspects of internal management, customer service and to continually invest in the latest tooling and equipment. This ensures that our staff are up to date with the latest motor industry technology and training. The clean audit confirms that our servicing and repair work adheres to the highest standard. Even our service advisors receive extensive customer service and vehicle operations training,” added Walter Gale, Auto Expedi8 co-owner.

The categories audited covered the branch’s overall adherence to Bosch Car Service global standards; the use of Bosch parts; customer service satisfaction; staff skills, qualifications and ongoing training; workshop technical expertise; business improvements; equipment, tools and facilities; staff clothing; stationery; customer parking facilities; and adherence to safety and environmental regulations; together with a range of other factors.

Robert Bosch, congratulating Autoexpedia8 on the expansion of its network of service workshops, said the newly established facility will offer superior automotive maintenance and repair services to clients, supported by the reputable Bosch car service brand. “The expansion will grant a greater number of vehicle owners access to dependable and effective Autoexpedi8 services, thereby guaranteeing the enduring excellence of their vehicles. We anticipate continued collaboration with Autoexpedia8 as they further expand their network,” the company said.

Ms Cronning added, “We only use genuine parts such as oil filters, spark plugs, alternators, brakes disks and pads, bulbs, air-con repairs and more. Other services include aircon re-gas, alternator checks and battery testing and replacement on all makes of vehicles.”

“There is a 6-month guarantee on the parts we supply which cover high-quality Bosch or OE-approved parts. We also provide a 6-month or 10,000 km guarantee on all our workmanship.”

A 60 minute Superservice for passenger cars is available at the Mall of the South, Gateway, Alberton City and Reef branches which will soon be extended to the new Rifle Range branch.
