Six pedestrians have lost their lives after being knocked down by a vehicle on the R61 road in Mbizana.
A BMW sedan was traveling from Mbizana direction with alleged one male occupant heading towards Port Edward while the six men were walking along the road.
The driver knocked all six of them, five died on the scene while the sixth man died on the way to the hospital to the O R Tambo and Adelaide Tambo Hospital in Mbizana.
