One person was seriously injured in a single-vehicle collision in Kya Sands

In the early hours of Saturday morning, ECSA responded to reports of an MVA on Northumberland in Kya Sands.
Upon arrival, it was established that a single vehicle was involved in the collision, leaving one patient with serious injuries.
Members immediately established scene safety, allowing paramedics to work.
The patient was later transported to the hospital for further care.
Members later cleaned the road as well as oil spill alongside Netcare Rescue.
