A Rea Vaya Bus caught fire on Golf Club Terrace Road in Florida

ECSA crews drove on Golf Club Terrace Road in Florida, when they noticed a Rea Vaya Bus with smoke surrounding it.
Shortly after the road was closed, the flames erupted from the bus. ECSA crews assisted with controlling and extinguishing most of the fire using a neighbour’s garden hose until a fire engine from COJ arrived.
COJ Fire Dept. then opened all compartments of the bus, ensuring it would not reignite.
Circumstances surrounding the ignition of the fire are unknown but are being investigated by the authorities.
Fortunately, there were no injuries.
