Heartbreak on Edendale Road: 30 children Injured when a taxi overturned

This morning, KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service responded to Edendale Road for reports of a collision.

Emergency services arrived at a horrific scene to find a taxi, transporting children, had lost control, and overturned, leaving a trail of shattered glass and terified children on Edendale Road.

Paramedics quickly assessed a chaotic scene, finding 30 children between the ages of 8 and 10 years old, who had thankfully only sustained minor injuries.

Working tirelessly, paramedics calmed and treated the injured children, after which the patients were transported to various hospitals for further treatment.
