N3 Toll Route | Traffic Alert | Serious crash results in total road closure near Roadside/Reitz Interchange (Exit 107)

Sunday, 12 January 2025 @ 16:30 — The N3 Toll Route is CLOSED to traffic in both directions at N3-9 Km14.0S near the Roadside/Reitz Interchange in the Free State, following a serious crash between a truck and a light motor vehicle. The vehicles are currently both on fire.
North- and southbound traffic is currently being stacked while emergency services are attending to the scene.
Road users are warned to expect heavy congestion and traffic delays between Warden and Frankfort. Please reduce speed, and remain patient and alert. Busy traffic conditions are currently being experienced on the N3 Toll Route, particularly in a northbound direction (towards Gauteng).
