Car rear-ends bus leaving twelve injured in Benoni.

Twelve people were left injured this afternoon when a light motor vehicle rear-ended a bus on the N12 near the Daveyton turnoff in Benoni.
ER24 paramedics arrived at a nearby farm where the patients were transported to.
Upon assessment, paramedics found that twelve people from the bus had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Fortunately, no serious injuries or fatalities were found.
Paramedics treated the patients and thereafter transported them to Sunshine Private Hospital for further treatment.
The exact cause of the incident is not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
