Head-on collision leaves three injured in Florida, West of Johannesburg

Three people were left injured this evening, one of them seriously, when two vehicles had collided head-on at the Honeyball and Golf Club Terrance in Florida, West of Johannesburg.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 19h37 to find the two vehicles in the middle of the intersection.
On closer inspection, paramedics found that one of the vehicles had burst into flame, but had been extinguished prior to the arrival of paramedics.
Paramedics assessed the patients and found that one man had sustained serious injuries while two others had sustained minor to moderate injuries.
The patients were treated for their injuries and the seriously injured man provided with advanced life support interventions.
Once treated, the patients were transported to nearby hospitals for further treatment.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
