Postponement of media briefing to announce outcome of meeting with Board of PRASA and Labour Unions

Members of the media are advised on the postponement of the media briefing which was scheduled to take place today, 26th March 2019.

Minister Nzimande had a line-up of consultations which were meant to culminate in public announcements through a media briefing.

The Minister meeting with the Board of PRASA is currently ongoing and the Minister is still scheduled to meet Labour Unions representing PRASA employees.

Following these consultations, the Minister will reconvene the media briefing to announce the outcome of these consultations. 

The date for the briefing will be communicated to the media in due course.
