A biker has been left critical following a collision on the R102 and Glen Anil Intersection this afternoon.
KZN VIP Medics were dispatched to the scene after passing motorists reported the collision to the VIP Accident Whatsapp 0836581044.
Upon arrival, a biker was left with life-threatening injuries together with the driver of the other vehicle. Both patients were being stabilized by VIP Medics before advanced life support Intervention was requested from Netcare911.
The decision was then made to airlift the patient to a level 1 trauma facility. Netcar911 aeromedical unit arrived on the scene and the patient was airlifted to a hospital for further medical attention.
