Glasfit continues to drive innovation and elevate industry standards with the introduction of the GlasWeld Moisture Evaporator, launching this week at selected GlasfitFitment Centres nationwide.
This cutting-edge tool is designed to remove trapped moisture from glass damage efficiently and safely, ensuring stronger, clearer, and longer-lasting chip repairs. By eliminating moisture before resin application, the GlasWeld Moisture Evaporator enhances repair clarity, strength, and durability — helping Glasfit technicians deliver a consistently high-quality finish, even in challenging conditions.
“With rain expected in Gauteng this week, the timing of this launch couldn’t be better,” says Safiera Mall, CEO at Glasfit. “The GlasWeld Moisture Evaporator reinforces our commitment to innovation, quality, and precision — giving our technicians the ability to perform superior repairs, regardless of the weather.”
The new device reduces rework rates, improves customer satisfaction, and supports Glasfit’s broader mission to deliver confidence through continuous improvement and world-class technology partnerships.
The GlasWeld Moisture Evaporator will be available from Monday, 27 October 2025, at selected GlasfitFitment Centres.
