Masked Robbers Raid Warehouse: Phoenix – KZN

Four (4) masked men ransacked a warehouse and attempted to steal an employee’s vehicle during a robbery in Phoenix - KZN this morning (Monday, 08/06/2026).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were dispatched after receiving reports of the incident. It was established that an employee arrived for work at approximately 06:10. As she entered the premises, four (4) men wearing balaclavas and armed with sticks followed her inside.
The group searched through the offices and stole a laptop, cellular phone and a wallet containing bank cards and identification documents. Two (2) security cameras were also removed and destroyed.
Before fleeing, the offenders attempted to steal the employee’s white Nissan Magnite. Two (2) of the men entered the vehicle and attempted to drive it from the property but were unsuccessful. The vehicle was abandoned at the driveway gate. The suspects thereafter fled in a vehicle believed to be a Citroën (model & registration unknown).
No injuries were reported.
