One person was injured in a single-vehicle accident that occurred on the R102 between Verulam & Ottawa - KZN a short while ago (Sunday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) arrived on the scene at approximately 13:01 and discovered a blue Ford Figo lying on its roof. A female passenger suffered moderate injuries. She was stabilised on scene by Paramedics from a private ambulance service before being expedited to the hospital by ambulance. The driver was not injured.
Circumstances leading up to the incident were not immediately known.
