Medi-Rescue EMS was on the of a horrific single-vehicle collision.
The collision occurred when thre driver of vehicle lost control and crashed through the garage of Atrium Shopping Centre in Durban.
The vehicle landed on it's roof and entrapped the driver of the vehicle.
After a long struggle it's was declared that the driver has passed away because of the injuries.
Local authorities are on the scene for assistance.
