IPSS Medical Rescue received reports of a motor vehicle collision on the N2 near Ballito.
On arrival it was established that three vehicles had collided resulting in five patients sustaining injuries ranging from moderate to serious.
The seriously injured patients were stabilised on the scene by IPSS Medical Rescue Advanced Life Support paramedics and all patients were then transported to appropriate facilities for further care.
