On Tuesday morning KZNVIP Emergency Medical Services were dispatched to reports of a stabbing incident.
Upon arrival, a 16-year-old male sustained a stab wound in the abdomen area.
The patient was stabilised on the scene by Medics before being rushed to a medical facility for further medical attention.
Reasons leading up to the altercation cannot be confirmed at this time.
All emergency services were in attendance.
