KwaZulu Private Ambulance Service responded to a serious collision on the R102, yesterday afternoon.
Upon arrival emergency services discovered that two vehicles had been involved in a head on collision.
Paramedics quickly assessed the scene and rendered immediate medical attention to stabilize four patients who sustained serious injuries.
The patients were stabilized on scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
