A three (3) year old boy who was found wandering alone in the Verulam CBD - KZN today (Saturday) was reunited with his mother.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were called out to George Sewpersad Street after shoppers located the child walking alone. They attempted locating the minor’s parents without success.
Reaction Officers with assistance from the public canvassed the area and located the boy’s mum on Wick Street. She was also searching for the child. The woman informed Reaction Officers that she was in a store with the child when he wandered off.
She began frantically searching for him when she realised he had disappeared.
