3 Killed and 3 injured as truck collides with a light motor vehicle on the N4 in Rustenburg, North West.

At approximately 16:51pm - 27 April 2018, Netcare 911 attended to an accident on the N4 in Rustenburg, North West.
On arrival Netcare 911 and other emergency medical services found the truck and the light motor vehicle on the left lane of the N4 after Waterfall Mall.
One female, one man both in their 30s and an 11-year-old girl sustained serious injuries and were treated on scene before being transported to hospital for further medical care. Upon further assessment, paramedics found that two males in their 30s and one 11-year-old girl had sustained fatal injuries and were declared dead on scene.
The truck driver was not injured in the accident.
The exact details to the cause of the accident will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
