Distracted Bloemfontein driver bumps cyclist off his bicycle

02 July 2018 | From Arrive Alive

On the 29th of June in Bloemfontein a driver was so distracted on his phone that he bumped a cyclist from his bicycle. It appeared as if he was oblivious as to the fate of the cyclist and might have been so distracted that he did not even notice colliding with the cyclist as there was no brake lights and he continued driving as if nothing happened.

[This was all caught on dashboard camera as well as the registration number on the vehicle. I returned to check on the cyclist who fortunately was not injured in the incident]
