Man killed on a ship in Cape Town

A man, believed to be in his 20s, whist working on a ship in Cape Town Harbour.
ER24 paramedics, along with Community Medics, arrived on the scene at 13h24 and were led into the hold where they found the patient.
Upon assessment, paramedics found that the man had sustained a serious head injury and showed no signs of life. Unfortunately, nothing could be done for him and he was declared dead.
It is understood that that a metal object had fallen from a height, striking the man on the head.
Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
