A 3-year-old little boy was seriously injured in a pitbull attack on Watsonia Road Bluff south of Durban

Just after 18:30 on Sunday evening ALS Paramedics responded to numerous calls of a Pitbull attack on a child in Watsonia Road Bluff south of Durban.
ALS Paramedics arrived on the scene to find chaos as members of the public were trying to contain the dog. The patient's mother carried the 3-year-old little boy to our medics.
He had sustained multiple serious injuries as a result of the attack and was stabilized on scene by ALS Paramedics before he was rushed to a nearby hospital for the urgent care that he required.
At this stage the cause of the attack is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further
