Cash-In-Transit suspect fatally wounded

Shout out to all role-players involved in the arrest of a well-known Cash-In-Transit suspect, as well as the recovery of various ammunition in KZN recently. Information was received from another partner that the suspect was hiding in the Nhlangenyuke reserve in the Mtunzini area.

On 15 September at approximately 02:00, members proceeded to track and arrest the suspect. As the teams approached the suspect’s residence, the suspect opened fire on the members from inside the house with a rifle. The various role-players returned fire, fatally wounding the suspect.

Rifles and ammunition were recovered on the scene. Great work by our Fidelity SIU team and all other members involved in this!
