Last night, Taurus Medical & Security Services received numerous calls and messages for urgent assistance for an injured male in the Oceanview Area in Stanger
Taurus EMS responded to the Location provided by personnel on scene
Upon arrival, it was established that an elderly male was on his way home from the mosque shortly after prayer and was struck by an unknown vehicle, which sped off without providing immediate assistance
Taurus EMS arrived on scene. The injured was treated by an Advanced Life Support paramedic on Scene and transported to a Nearby facility for further medical attention
Shortly after arrival at the medical facility, the patient's injuries deteriorated, and sadly, he was pronounced deceased.
A huge thank you to all who came together on the scene to provide support and help in getting the patients help when it was needed
