Hit & Run/Bakkie Flees Scene: Canelands - KZN

No injuries were reported after a white bakkie collided with a blue Kia Picanto before crashing into a fence in Canelands - KZN this evening (Saturday).
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) were dispatched to the scene at approximately 18:46.
According to witnesses, the Kia Picanto was negotiating a bend onto New Glasgow Road towards Hazelmere - KZN when the bakkie collided with the rear of the vehicle.
The driver of the bakkie then lost control and crashed into the fence surrounding a car wash and a poultry farm. Three concrete poles were damaged and fencing wire was pulled down.
