VRMED responded to 3 different accidents on the N8 bridge near Busamed when a hailstorm made roads slippery and drivers lost control.
Patients were transported to hospital with minor injuries.

Eastern Cape - A 30-year-old suspected drug dealer was arrested in Kwadwesi during a targeted crime prevention operation conducted by SAPS Nelson Mandela Bay.

On Sunday night, IPSS Medical Rescue responded to a single-vehicle accident on the N2 near Dokodweni.
The single vehicle rolled multiple times, ejecting the occupants from the back of the vehicle.
Sadly one occupant succumbed to their injuries, and a further 9 people sustained injuries.
